My screen keeps bouncing back and forth rapidly to the point I can’t read it well. Still seems to be tracking info but the shaking of info back and forth is abnormal and irritating. What’s wrong?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Wendy,
why restart 3 Times?
Your suggestion is Great and seems to have done the trick with 1 restart!

@Watsonr52 because sometimes 1 does not work.
But if it works on the first that's great 😁

tried to reset several times. no luck. tech support has been useless. since it is outside of the warranty they said there is nothing they can do. where can i get a torque driver that fits the screws? At this point i am left to open and try to repair myself. Thanks for nothing Fitbit.
