Welcome to the Community @Dmclaughlin.
If your Blaze button isn't working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. After this, try to restart your Blaze.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

I am having the same issue with the single button on my blaze. Touchscreen works but I cannot get back to the clock face by pressing the button. I tried cleaning it to no avail. When I press the button I can feel it depress and engage but nothing happens. I tried restarting through settings to no avail.
