Fitbit is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. My Blaze screen spontaneously cracked after 6 months. I never hit it and I wear it all the time. The product is defective!!!! Internal stress in the manufacturing of the the Blaze causes the glass to break. Wake up Fitbit a 25% discount to buy a $200 product is not a company that stands behind their products. I will NEVER buy another Fitbit product!!! I will go on every social media site to bash Fitbit. I lodged a formal complaint at bested and they agree that the they have had problems with Blaze screes cracking. Fitbit is not a quality producer!!!
