Blaze screen doesn't turn on

Hi guys,

 

I buy my Blaze today and I charged it. Charging time it is OK and show the screen but when I wear it, it doesn't work and I can't turn it on. What can I do?

 

I live in Iran and my Fitbit doesn't have warranty.

Did you set it up all the way? Also when you first buy it the device needs to charge for at least 2-3 hours

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
