Blaze screen froze

My screen froze I've tried to restart it and nothing happens it's suck on the blaze icon and it's all fuzzy

I ended up taking it back to Best Buy where I purchased it from and they said that it was some kind of glitch that it was damaged and they replaced it with a new one since I had only had it for about a week! They said that since I wasn't able to reset it that there wasn't really anything that could be done with it to fix it...

@Rachel319 Welcome to the Community! I would like you to make sure that it has the latest firmware version, meaning that when you set up your tracker you should get an update so it can work properly. Please go to your Dashboard > click on settings > Blaze > Firmware version: 17.8.102.7.
