Blaze screen is blank

 My app notified me that my blaze battery was low so I looked at it and pressed the single button and the fitbit diamond logo popped up so i put it on the charger that came with it. After 5 hours the Fitbit still will not turn on. The green lights on the underside are lit but the screen will not turn on.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
