Blaze screen is jumping

I charged my Blaze now the face is jumping ... the green dots on the back are jumping fast as well.

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

How did you fix it? Mine is doing the same. Did the reset work?

Haven't you tried to restart your Blaze? You just need to follow the instructions provided in my previous post to restart it and see if it works for you too.

Ok restarted & its working

I've reset it multiple times and it is still jumpy. The screen is unresponsive and at times hours into run mode on its own.
