Blaze stuck on logo

I haven't been able to sync my blaze since july - it's just stuck on the logo screen. I have tried putting it on charge, resetting with power and bottom right button but nothing has worked. No luck getting it touch with support. It's less than 2 years old. Can anyone help?

Mine started to do the same on Saturday 9/5. I completed the last update on the app about 2 months ago and the blaze hasn’t been normal since then. It would buzz when I would make a call on my phone and would turn off unexpectedly. I can’t get it to get past the logo screen either
