This is my first fitbit product and I've had for nearly a year but the is the first major issue I've really had, it was working fine this afternoon but now it won't charge and the screen is scrambled. I can't attach a photo as I'm doing this via my mobile.
What can I do and who do I speak to about this issue, I'm in the UK and got it from an online retailer who isn't interested in taking responsibility for the issue I'm having.

It's nice to hear that your Blaze is your very first Fitbit device, and appreciate you checking this situation with the retailer. Let's work on this together.
Because the screen is the one not working, I'd suggest to restart your device by holding the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds. You should see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

Thanks for the reply.
I've tried to reset it several times but it just goes into a loop of screen flashes and is still scrambled. I've also tried to charge it but it just goes into and endless loop of connecting and disconnection.
