Hi,
My Blaze screen just keeps on flashing and wont get charged.
I tried putting the charger to a computer usb port and also to a charger plug and nothing works.
I tried restarting the button by pressing Lower and side buttons and the Blaze does not respond.
Can you help me fix the issue?

Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze, as well for the troubleshooting steps tried. It seems that your device is charging since you mentioned to see the screen flashing. However, given that the screen doesn't respond to anything else, I've contacted our Support Team so they can create a case for you.
