I keep loosing GPS signal when running

I have a blaze and use the watch when running syncing to my samsung s8 the watch says lets go when connected but about km in i get a buzz on the watch and a red box appears top left hand corner of the watch...the details (mapped route) of the run dose not load to fitbit what can i do to resolve

Let me help you with your GPS recording. Lets start by refreshing the link between your phone and your device by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

After this please follow these instructions to improve the GPS signal reception on your device.
