Blaze screen not turning on

Screen comes in when on dock but when I take it off it won't come on. I tried the reset but it didnt work

@Alicianew Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for restarting your Blaze prior to contacting us. 

The screens on all Fitbit wrist-based devices dim when not in use to preserve battery. To wake up the screen and see the time, turn your wrist toward you. So, please make sure that the Quick View feature is on. In order to do so, swipe to Settings > Quick View.
