Blaze screen scratched. Please help!

I purchased a fitbit blaze yesterday, I had been working all of today. When I went to check my stats I found the screen had large scratches almost a quarter of the screen in length. Anything I can do to fix it? I expected it to last longer. It did not come into contact with sandpaper of other abrasives.
