Blaze screen went blank

Screen went blank. Green lights on back are flashing, but screen won't come on. Did reset and charged, but it only flashes then remains blank. It's linked and showing steps/battery charge in app. Is there a way to get it replaced or fixed? Thanks!

Hi. Nope I had to buy a new one. I had gotten the original off of Amazon so
Fitbit wouldn't cover it. I got a new one on Amazon and added the warranty
this time. I love the Blaze so I wanted to stick with that. Sorry for the
bad news. Hope it works out for you.

Thanks for the update.. looks like i will have to go for new one. This time
upgrading to fitbit ionic... hope its a good choice...

Thank you for sharing this update @Jillbertlv, I'm sorry to see that it wasn't possible to resolve the problem with the previous Blaze you had purchased through Amazon. 

 

Thank you also for confirming that you're also having trouble with the display of your Blaze @Narenk. Please make sure that you've tried performing the restart procedure described here.  

 

I was also informed that you already have a case created with the customer support team or that you already got in touch with them. Keep an eye on your inbox.
