Over the past few days, my Blaze has appeared to need charging every day. I just checked and found that the screen was blank. I placed it in the charging cradle and the fitbit logo appeared, and then disappeared a few times, followed by a blank screen flickering continuously. I have taken it out of he cradle and tried to reset using the left and bottom right buttons, but to no effect - the screen stays blank. Returning it to the cradle shows the same behaviour as before. Is there something else that I can do, or is this built in obsolescence?
This Blaze was a replacement a couple of years ago for a Surge that failed early in the warranty period. I'm afraid that the original warranty.
I contacted support, after which the "watch" screen did appear for a while when the watch was in the cradle, but there was no sign of it charging. It is now totally blank and gets very hot while in the cradle. It seems to be totally dead.

Hi there @EFalk, welcome to the Community Forums.
If you're experiencing the same difficulties with your Blaze, I'd recommend to restart it by following these steps.
If the restart doesn't work and the display is still not turning on after performing the steps above, please take a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
We recommend to charge your Fitbit via the USB port over a wall adapter. However, it is also possible to charge your Fitbit tracker with a UL certified wall adapter. For best results, don’t leave your device plugged in on the charger longer than overnight.
Tips to better charge your Fitbit:
For charging purposes, your charging cable can be plugged into any USB power source, including but not limited to:
Keep the charging contacts on the back your device and the pins on the charging cable clean and free of debris. For more information, see: How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
