Blaze screen won't work at all

My Blaze ain’t working at all. Screen is just black. Won’t charge. Pushing buttons does nothing.

@Raina2 Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for letting us know about your Blaze's behavior. 

I'd recommend to restart your device by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
