Hi all,
One of the two green lights on my Fitbit Blaze has stopped working (only one flashes). As a result, the heart rate monitor no longer works. I have reset the Fitbit, synced it with the app, and double checked to ensure heart rate monitoring is set to on in the app. Does anybody have a fix for this?
Also, I bought the Blaze when I was on holiday in the US at a bestbuy about 7 months ago. I am now back in New Zealand where there is no bestbuy. Is there some kind of manufactures warranty and is there some way to find the serial number with the original packaging?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, @greatscottfilms! Yes, there is a manufacturer's warranty. I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly to see what can be done for you. Contacting them is definitely best at this point, youv'e done what you can for troubleshooting.

It's great to welcome you @greatscottfilms, thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself and @MakMak for stopping by.
I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze sensor? Have you already contacted our support team? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more.
Hope to hear from you soon.
