Movement reminder stat different on app and tracker

My app is showing that I've not completed all my 250 steps per hour while my tracker (Blaze) is showing that I have. I made sure each hour to get up and complete the 250 steps so the tracker is correct while the app is wrong. I've restarted both my phone and my tracker, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, they still dont show the same. 14878098155201282031562.jpg

It's great to welcome you @JessHill10, thanks for the attachments. Are you syncing your tracker constantly? If you aren't, I recommend performing a force sync in order for your information to update. To do a force sync do the following from your Android device:

1. Tap the Blaze icon in the upper right corner

2. Tap Sync Now

By doing this, your information will be updated and your active hours  should match.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Yes I forced a sync several times and the app still did not reflect the same results as my tracker.

Thanks for the information @JessHill10. I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it today, also you can try to change your hours and then put them right. To change them, do the following from your phone:

1. Tap the Blaze icon in the upper right corner

2. Slide down to Reminders to Move

3. Tap the Start & End Time option

4. Change your hours

5. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

I tried restarting and resetting, it's still showing I missed 3 hours yesterday. I'll keep an eye on it today and see if it does it again.
