i just bought a blaze and am having trouble with the setup. triedusing my mobil device(samsung s 4 mini)shows up on the app but says i need an update and whenever i try to update it fails.Also tried windows 10 install same result. my tracker still says fitbit.com/setup when i touch the screen.the battery is fully charged. Can someone help me?

You need the latest version of the Android app to set up and use the Blaze. If you cannot set it up with the phone, turn your phone off before trying to do it with the Windows 10 desktop app as it will interfere with the process.

Had similar issue with my HTC Desire Eye, so I swapped to Samsung Tablet S2 and it ran the install/setup fine with no issues whatsoever.
