Blaze setup help

I attempted to enroll and got my email & password but managed to get cut off.  I have been unable toget reconnected to complete the set up. Is there anyway I can talk with a human for help?  Ancient1

A warm welcome to the Community @Ancient1 and @Jrdubyakc thanks for stopping by and for the tip! Woman Wink Now @Ancient1, can you please log in to your account and check if your Blaze is already paired by going to settings. If you don't see the Blaze icon it means that it is not paired yet and recommend following the steps in this video.
