I put my Blaze in the charging craddle and when I took it out it has the Fitbit symbol on the screen and I can't remove it.  Anybody?

Try giving it a restart and see if that gets you going again.  You may need to try it two or three times.

If that doesn't work your best bet is to get in touch with Customer Support (contact.fitbit.com).  Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have tried.

Good luck, amd keep us posted.

I couldn't get it to do anything. It was the Fitbit symbol and it was on continuously.
I let it run out of battery overnight. In the morning I recharged it, it showed the battery and the charging status and when it was finally full it was fine.
Some sort of glitch.
Seems to be fine now.

@HuskerCzech That's weird, sounds like it got stuck temporarily. Glad to hear it's working now though. Smiley Happy

It could have been some piece of hardware stuck in a nin responding state failing at the same point with a forced restart.,  Letting the battery go completly dead, the unit then did a complete power of, apon restarting everything powered yp properly.

Like a laptop, desktop, or phone, sometimes a complete power off is needed to get the hardware to work.

With the Blaze the shutdown command, if there is access to it,  does wonders.

Glad your back ul @HuskerCzech
