I have trouble getting the screen to initially react to taps. Sometimes it takes 10 taps for it to show me the steps, heart rate, calories...Is this normal?
Secondly, it doesn't accurately count floors at all. I went up four flights of stairs and it counted it as one? What the heck? I know it can't be 100% perfect with step counting and floor counting but if I'm only getting credit for 1 out of 4, that's crappy!

1. I have found that quick taps work well. If you tap and hold it won't register the tap. If there is a major issue with taps, then you may have a faulty device that needs replacing which in that case I would contact support directly.
2. It only counts floors when it also recognizes that you are walking. If you are holding on to a railing or another item, it might not recognize that you are walking, so it wouldn't count the steps. It has no way of knowing whether you are on an escalator or are actually walking, or any similar circumstance, so it won't count the floors.

Thanks for the tip on the quick taps, that seems to help a little. As to the floors, unfortunately, I wasn't holding onto the railing at all while climbing the stairs nor was I holding anything in my hand that would prevent it from thinking my arms weren't moving while stepping, not sure why it wouldn't have recognized me taking steps or climbing stairs. I park on the lower level of my garage at work just so I can get my "floor" count in! haha! So it's a real bummer if it's not accurately counting them.

Test it out a few times to see how consistent it correctly or incorrectly measures the floors.
