Blaze setup not charging

So I just got a Blaze and the battery was low during the fitbit.com/setup screen and Im not sure if its charging or not it just stays at that screen for a long time.

It only takes about 2 hours to charge. Go ahead and try yo set it up

I am having the same problem. No charge to sey up the Blaze I purchased today but when I connect to the charger nothing happens

Did you feel a slight vibration while plugging the tracker into its powered charger? This is how you will know that it is charging
