My Fitbit Blaze will vibrate and I'll look down, notice the logo showing and although plenty of battery, over 1/2, does not work. I'll charge full, then it works. Now showing this logo more and more often, not working too, any ideas? I have turned off/on but still having problem.

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner.
I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your Blaze and would like to know if you have noticed a behavior with your Blaze battery? Is it lasting the time it should? If it isn't, I recommend following the instructions in this post.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Alejandra, the battery level 'appears' normal, but the operation of the watch/fitbit has changed drastically. I think it only works properly for about 3/5 hours, then i have to recharge it. This increment of having to charge the battery is getting worse, two weeks ago, i had to charge everyday, once/day, but now its every 3/4 hrs. I notice the watch is malfunctioning cuz it will vibrate, and when i look at it, i only see the logo. And no matter what buttons i push, nothing removes the logo. i can't even turn it off. So i let it sit on charger, then it works for a short period of time.
Does that help explain it better?
Steve

Hi, one other note, when i am experiencing problems with fitbit, the battery level is showing plenty of battery strength, typically over half! So i think its a software issue or something.

Is there any update on this issue? I have been having the same issue with the logo flashing and unable to reset. I have tried the restart by holding the left and bottom right button but it has not been successful.

Well, unfortunately, fitbit came back with no solution. They did offer me a 25% on a new fitbit, but this is the second time I have had a fitbit go bad so close to warranty expiring, this was purchased in June of 2017, so out of warranty by 2 months!! My first fitbit went bad shortly after warranty expired too. So I'm all done with fitbit, i'll try a apple watch!!!!!!!!
