Blaze showing a blank screen

Someone pls help! I'm about to spike my new Fitbit Blaze into the wall! It's plugged into my laptop - will not connect to my phone - blank screen - what do I do???

Calm down for one thing

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hi there @troythompson76. Good to see you in the Community Forums!

 

I'd like to know if this is the first time you're trying to set it up or i you had it already set up and now all of a sudden it's not connecting to your phone and the screen is blank.

 

Have you followed @WendyB's advise of restarting it? If not, that could help. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
