Greetings,
I just bought Blaze yesterday, trying to charge via laptop but seems it wasn't work. The battery indicator didn't shown, only fitbit.com/setup displayed. Do anyone of you having similar issue with this? I am already download the apps both in my laptop and Samsung S5, and how long should I charge the battery?
Thanks,
Gingerg

The battery charging indicator won't show until you have completed the setup process via the app. Until then all it will show is the setup URL.
I would give it an hour or so on charge then go through the setup. Then you can complete the charge and see the charging indicator.

It's great to welcome you @ginggerspice and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.
As mentioned, you need to paired your tracker first in order to see the battery icon while charging it. If you already have an account, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
About how long you need to charge your tracker, it takes 1 - 2 hours to fully charge it.
Catch you later.
