Blaze showing incorrect time ahead

My blaze jumped forward to read midnight as the time and Saturday as the day even though it's still Friday and onward at 9pm. Now my app will not sync the steps I am continuing to take. Very frustrating. Please help!

Hey there @Lorax777. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 😄

I'm sorry you're having problems with the time on your tracker not showing up correctly. That seems pretty strange...

First, I would recommend restarting your Blaze to ensure it will be showing the correct time. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, try to sync it to make sure it will be showing the same time as on your phone.

If that doesn't make a difference, make sure that on the Fitbit app, you go to the Account section at the top right corner, then go down to Advanced Settings and here, look for Time Zone. Make sure that it's set to automatic so that it can pick your phone's time zone and reflect it on your tracker as well and then make sure to sync it.

Hope this helps and anything else you may need, I'm here to help!
