So the other day I was finished charging my Fitbit Blaze. So I put it on and I see that the time on it and the date on it was wrong like 2 hours and 9 minuets wrong. Anyways, I don’t know why it did that is there something wrong with it or what can someone tell me what to do and I tried to fix it of the online app but it would not let me fix it.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
Restart

If that does not help
On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to s different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again
Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above

It's great to see you around @Kaylee1234 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix your timezone issue. I would like to know if you have checked that your tracker is syncing? Since if the Blaze isn't syncing it might not be syncing the time. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After syncing your device you should be able to see the correct time.
Let me know the outcome.

I have the same problem every time I go to a different time zone. Everything on the Blaze syncs, except the new time zone. I've tried syncing manually several times; turning off and on, but still shows incorrect time zone. I've tried changing the time zone on my phone Fitbit app, but still shows incorrect time zone on the tracker.

I know you are trying to help, but everything I try doesn't work - and it is taking a great deal of time. As recommended: I rebooted 3 times (?). Everything syncs except the time on my Blaze. As recommended: I changed to a different time zone and synced. Changed it back to correct time zone and synced. Still it is 6:44 minutes off. (Not even off by some multiple of 60 minutes ???) As recommended: uninstalled app and reinstalled. Doesn't work. As recommended: Disconnected device and reconnected. Doesn't work. Try syncing with phone app. PC app. website. Doesn't work. Trying multiple combinations of the above: Doesn't work.
Computer time is correct. Everything else it on watch is correct and syncing. This is incredible frustrating. The watch is useless to me without the correct time. Watched worked when I first got it. I have spent hours with the watch since it first started happening. It happens about once a month. There is bug in the software somewhere that Fitbit is not owning up to.
