Sorry. Doesn't work. Everything syncs except the time on my Blaze. Changed to a different time zone. and Synced as recommended. Changed it back to correct time zone and synced. Still it is 6:44 minutes off. (Not even off by some multiple of 60 minutes ???) Computer time is correct. Everything else it correct. Even uninstalled the app and reinstalled. shut down the fitbit and rebooted it. Everything. This is incredible frustrating. It happens about once a month. The watch is useless to me without the correct time. After a week or so, bingo, the correct time appears. I don't seem to be able to force the correct time. There is bug in the software somewhere that Fitbit is not owning up to.
