Hi there @SunsetRunner. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums!
I'm sorry you're having problems with the time not showing correctly on your tracker
I can recommend first of all, making sure that you go into the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon at the top right corner and then, scroll down to the Advanced Settings, look for the Time Zone option and make sure that the option for Automatic is selected.
After checking this, you can try to restart your tracker at least a couple of times. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Try to get it to sync and see if now the time shows correctly.
If none of that works, you can move forward to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else!
