Blaze shutting off

2 weeks ago my blaze started shutting off after only 1 day of use. Last week it would last about 3 to 4 hours. Now it won't even make it 1 hour. If I start a workout it will go from full charge to medium battery and within minutes it will just shut off. This is so frustrating, I basically can't use it at all. I bought it in January so it's only a few months old. I've turned off all features, shut it down and turned it back on several times, tried syncing to different devices, and removed the fitbit app and reinstalled on my phone. Nothing is helping and it's just getting worse. Please please help me!
