Blaze sleep goal issue

Hi

Just had my time for bed reminder appearan hour earlier than normal. On going into the app settings, it won't let me adjust the target times for sleep and wake up whuch for sleep is an hour earlier and for wake up is 2 hours earlier than I originally set. I suspect this may have something to do with tge BST/GMT chane today but I have tried to adjust it in app 10 times and it won't adjust. Very odd. Is it because of a resident setting in the iOS settings rather than the app or is there a flaw in the app?

Hi, @Sleepdeprived99, I think there is a problem in that not all parts of the program were set to update with the time change.  Unfortunately I don't think there is much you can do about this at the moment, but hopefully it will get sorted out by Fitbit asap.

Hi there girls @Sleepdeprived99 @Julia_G! 🙂 Good to see you in the Community!

@Sleepdeprived99, is there a chance you can attach a screenshot of how it looks on your app for the sleep goal options? Is it grayed out and it doesn't let you change it or it just reverts to what it was before/doesn't save changes?

Screen shot won't show anything as it's not greyed out. I adjusted the times to fall asleep and wake up back to where I wanted them, pressed done to come out of that screen, went back in to check the settings had saved and found it hadn't. Did it multiple times with the same result.

Even odder, just opened the settings in that part of the app to find the settings are all now saved! How weird!!! Now it's resolved itself all is well but it was very odd

Thanks for the responses

Hello @FerdinandFitbit,

I have the same problem as @Sleepdeprived99 where the Sleep Goals setting doesn't automatically reverted one hour for target bedtime and target wake up and doesn't save the changes I try to make. Unlike @Sleepdeprived99, it hasn't resolved itself on its own.
