Blaze sleep mode inaccurate

Help! My Blaze isn't tracking sleep properly. It says I am getting way less sleep than I actually am and says I am very restless and awake a lot more than I am. For example, it says I only got 4 hours of sleep but I was asleep for over 8. I've restarted it multiple times with no success. It only started a couple weeks ago but I'm stuck at this point. Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the Forums @JBraz and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your Blaze is not tracking correctly your sleep, I recommend restarting the device a couple of times more and check that you are wearing it correctly at the moment of going to bed.

In the meantime, you can edit those sleep logs by doing the following from a computer:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the sleep tile. This is the tile that says "How did you sleep?" or, if you tracked sleep the night before, shows how many hours and minutes you slept.
  2. Tap the sleep log that you want to edit.
  3. Tap the three dots and then tap edit.
  4. Adjust the time you went to sleep or the time you woke up. Don't forget to save.

Catch you later. Woman Happy

Hi JBraz - I was having the same issue when I first got my Blaze. Your sleep tracking setting may be set to Sensitive. In your online dashboard go to Device Settings -> Sleep Tracking -> Change to Normal. My fitbit has been much more accurately tracking my sleep since then.
