Blaze sleep mode not working

Sleep mode has not worked in about 3 weeks...I've done everything to reset the app, Fitbit, my phone. Any suggestions?

Well @JessicaF88 sleep mode is suppose to be automatic and their should be nothing that you need to do. 

Saying that there are a few things I can think of trying

- A 2 button restart of the tracker, hold both the left and lower right buttons

- Shutting the tracker off through the settings screen. Note this might require a sync to set the time up. 

- Setting the tracker up as a replacement device. 

 

What I have noticed is if I sync to soon after waking it sometimes takes a few hours before the sleep shows up.

I've tried all of your solutions except setting it up as a replacement device. No the sleep hasn't shown up all since 12/01.  Everything else works & syncs fine
