January 26 was the last day I saw sleep stages while wearing my blaze. I have made no changes in the app or on the blaze itself.
Since Jan 26 I have worn the Fitbit every night but am now receiving the basic sleep details. I have tried restarting the Fitbit, reinstalling the app. Still nothing.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix this. Have you checked if your Fitbit app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the How do I update the Fitbit app for Android? post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, you can check this post in order to see how this feature works.

Hey Alejandra,
I'm not seeing any recent update or even any pending updates for my Fitbit app.
Is there another solution for updating the app?
