Blaze stats incorrect after update

I did the update on my Blaze last night and my data didn't refresh. I know I didn't accoumulate 14000 steps overnight! I've searched the community - tried resetting and it hasn't cleared. One post suggested manually deleting but the instructions didn't match my dashboard. Any other suggestions?

Hi, @kik98, did you perform the update around midnight?  If so that will be the reason your Fitbit did not reset.  It cannot "see" midnight, and get the signal to reset your stats to zero, while you are in the middle of an update.

 

If you have steps and other statistics carried over from the day before you cannot delete them.  You will simply have to wait until the next midnight.  At that point everything should be back to normal.

Same thing happened to me 😞 Really annoying!

I did the update this afternoon and even though the day isn't over, it started counting steps and other stats as another day. What happened?
