I'm am growing very weary of problems with the Blaze. The step count is off on average about 3,000 steps and I'm not sure whether it was the Blaze software that meant I was unable to finish the NYC 26.2 group challenge, but way passed 57K and I was still not passed the finish line. I tried all the fixes suggested and was promised an email from Tech Support after I called. Still experiencing problems. Today's Daily Showdown was a 50K challenge ... my dashboard read 52K, the leaderboard stated 49K! The difference was not b/c of a time zone change. When will these errors be corrected? I'm kind of done with Fitbit!

It's great to see you around @Hareira and weird to hear that you haven't heard from our support team. Have you checked your spam folder? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your Blaze, walk 100 steps and let me know how many the tracker registered.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi there, I have done this. There is no issue on my tracker/dash, it's when compared to the leaderboard in challenges. It's not a time zone difference either. I called FitBit and they said it was a glitch in the IOS app. Still on going. I'm not the only one it seems. Thanks for your response, but the problem is still occurring.
