Logo & Syncing

My Fitbit Blaze was working fine until maybe a month ago. Now it randomly goes to the Fitbit logo and wont sync. I've already tried the resets that I have seen in these groups. Does anybody have any other suggestions? I really enjoy my blaze but this random shutdown is becoming a bit much.

Welcome to the Forums @Alex614 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Are you seeing the Fitbit logo with a message or just the logo? Is the battery lasting the time it should? In the meantime, please confirm you are doing these steps to restart it:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Thank you for you assistance, unfortunately this has not remedied this situation. The Fitbit logo will blink but that is it. I typically place the device on the charges for about a day and the screen will begin to work again for a few hours. After that it will divert back to the Fitbit logo.
