I go on a 2 hour walk every morning. In the past it always reported 14000 to 15000 steps.
lately I'm getting 10000 steps for the same walk. I wear it on non dominant hand. I've restarted the blaze reset stride length to auto all to no avail.

Hi there @Jjbaker22. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your steps not being counted accurately 😕
I'd recommend making sure that any of your other personal information has changed, as your height which will be important for determining your stride length.
If that is not the case, since you've already restarted your tracker and reset the stride length, you can move forward and set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
