Blaze stopped charging

My Blaze won't charge. My son has a Blaze and his will charge so it isn't the charger. I have cleaned the buttons and they depress freely when pressed. I have tried resetting it and nothing happens.

It sounds like you have tried most of the troubleshooting ideas in fitbit's help file at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/

As it says at the end of that, if you've tried them all and it still won't charge then it's best to contact customer support. If they can't get it going then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

It is great to see you around @GDRothell and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked or if you Blaze stills without charging?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

BEWARE...  Same for me today (July 5th), happened for 2 days. Bought 3 years ago. Company says it's a defective battery. Only solution is to buy one of their selected trackers at discount (average about $175+). No repairs. Kelly the Customer Service Supervisor says if you're charging it via wall (not through a computer), especially overnight - that's what may cause it. However, I have seen NO INSTRUCTIONS saying to only charge via USB on computer. I will not be buying another one due to poor customer service.

I been a long time Fitbit user and so far have been happy with the products

although there durability is questionable

My blaze has stopped charging.

It’s out of warranty

And not that old.

I tired all options including calling customer service.

they said they give 25% off next product,

But I feel like I should not have to replace my tracker year or more

due to battery not holding a charge.

The same case with me as well. It stopped working on the 14th month. Tried out all possible options nothing worked. Tried to reach out support they told to look for new models as the product is out of warranty.

Really bad customer service.

I was enjoying the tracker well and used to suggested many. We have 4 forgot in my family , which are just over a year now. Infact was planning to take one for wife.

Now think seriously I need to rethink over for it.
