Blaze stopped counting steps

Bought a new Fitbit blaze a couple of weeks ago and all of a sudden it has stopped counting steps. Please can you help?

You should try and reset your Fitbit by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. If after you reset, it still doesn't count steps you should contact customer service. http://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1
