Hi,
I just bought the blaze about a weeks ago tops and I wasn't having an issue with it syncing to my S5 but now I am. Its no longer allowing me to sync at all it has been 5 days since my last sync. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it because all that shows up on my phone for sync option is a red ! Thank you!

I am having this same issue (Galaxy S4). I called the customer support hotline, and they were no help. They told me to get a different phone! So sad I'm going to have to return it, and go with the Basis Peak instead....

@kage that Red ! Is good news, when you tapoed on it what was the error message it gave you. This wpuld be the key in finding what is wrong.

I have had the same issue with my Blaze as well. I also have a Surge and absolutely love it. The strange thing is that when I put my Surge on my wrist next to my Blaze, the two sync. However, when my Blaze is all by itself, it won't update to my phone. I think you can actually go under settings and do a hard restart but I have yet to try that. Hopefully, I won't have to return my Blaze. It is very handy when its working properly. The Surge is still my favorite!
