Hi can anyone help
reciently my blaze stopped receiving notifications.. I’ve tried unpairing, turning off blue tooth etc ..:reboot and reinstall... it vibrates when calling but not for texts, email calendar and 3rd part apps..all notifications are enabled.... I have noticed since the reinstall that in apps notification none appear that where there before like what’s app... it says they will appear once notified..
any help appreciated

I’ve had the same issues for 75 days with no solution.

Have you checked the Blaze to make sure notifications are turned on?
Also it would be help full to know the type of phone that the problem is with

It’s iphone 6
yes notifications are on
the blaze vibrates when someone calls
but for texts or other apps not...
it worked fine until recently...
i have tried all the various debug steps.... Fitbit tell me the issue is with their engineers...

I have had the same issue with my Blaze going back now to November 2017, since then I have deleted the App, re-installed the App, re-booted, added new accounts, logged out / logged in I have even tried it out on separate device (iPad) and the same issues - I have actually received two physical replacements Blazes from Fitbit and both have the exact same issue, I have been informed by Fitbit that my issue has been escalated.....I am still waiting to hear from the escalation Team after my recent contact two weeks ago.
I have had instances where it has come back for apx. 5 ~ 24 hours and this is after I contacted Fitbit in the US and asked them to restart / reactivate my account then it stops completely again until I contact Fitbit..... I have also let the battery drain completely, re charged it fully etc.. I have an iPhone 5s the phone works perfectly fine with all other Bluetooth devices and communications like mail, Whats App. etc.. but appears not to communicate Mail's, Tects, Whats App, Sky News to the watch other than calls showing up when someone calls me - so I do know the device is communicating from my Phone to my Blaze.
