My Fitbit just turned off and won’t turn back on. Tried charging as it said on app half charged it just gets hit doesn’t turn on. Help please

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not turning on 😕

Thanks for trying to charge it. Now, have you by any chance tried to restart it? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and should hopefully make it come back on.
