Hi guys,
Since last week my Fitbit Blaze stopped automatically tracking my bike rides... I've dis/reconnected already, switched the device on and off etc., but no improvement. It is still recognizing walks, so no clue where it's off on this...
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Madelon

Hello @Madelon_P, it's good to see you around in the forums.
Thank you for all the details regarding the inconvenience you've experienced with your Blaze not tracking your bike rides automatically. Before considering other options, please make sure you've performed a restart procedure on your Blaze following these steps.
Make sure to also check the amount of time required for the activity to be recorded with SmartTrack in your account settings (10-15 minutes or more).
I hope this helps, please keep me posted.

Hi Davide,
Thanks for your reply. As mentioned in my original post, I've already restarted the device and I have not changed any of the settings regarding time of the activity etc... I feel the heart rate monitor is just not working while I'm biking?
I've had the Blaze for a year now, should I expect it to already stop working now???
