My Blaze just randomly stopped recording my hourly steps.  What's up with that?

It's great to welcome you @_JP_.

 

I am sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't recording your hourly steps. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
