Not keeping a charge

I have a Fitbit Blaze and have had it since August 2016, love my Fitbit. However, the past few weeks, it has not kept a charge and I really do not want to buy a new one yet, it isn't two years old yet.  I have cleaned it, have done the full shut down several times and I still need to charge it two times a day.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Blaze isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
