In the middle of a run on Thursday3/25/21 my Blaze stopped tracking HR. And of course with no HR tracking there is no sleep tracking.
The green light is still blinking.
I have wiped clean the sensor.
I have tried resetting by pushing the left and bottom right at the same time.
I have turned off/on/auto of the HR using the settings button.
I have fully charged and fully depleted the battery.
I have reloaded the app on my phone.
None of those things have fixed it. Please help!

@ElizaWright thanks for detailing the steps and you've certainly tried all the commonly recommended ones. One other I've personally found successful is cleaning the heart rate sensor and charging contacts with 99% isopropyl alcohol. The reason I use 99% is it cleans well and evaporates quickly as to not damage the components. There's also the chance that the ribbon cable internally might've disconnected from the heart rate sensor. I'm just thinking out loud, as that's not common, there's very little spacing for it to move, but as it happened during a run, just thinking out loud. I strongly recommend the isopropyl, especially as you'd added it's no longer charging. You can find it inexpensively on Amazon or other marketplaces. Please reply after trying this and let us know if this works!
