I am having issues where my Blaze stops counting steps. I am having to restart my blaze 1-5 times a day because it just stops counting steps and doing my heart rate. It is only a few weeks since I have bought the product and I am very disappointed in how quickly it is having issues.

I'm having the same problem. It worked for a little while, then had to keep resetting, then it started counting by the 100's while sitting there and not moving at all. Reseting stopped working and has now stopped counting entirely. My watch was 44 days on the warrenty. Chatted then online and they replaced my blaze after doing some tests. Waiting for the replacement. Make sure you hit customer support ASAP.

I'm sorry you were both having problems with your trackers not counting your steps but if you've already tried to restart your tracker several times to no avail, I would recommend getting in touch with the Support Team as @SunsetRunner did for them to take a deeper look and I'm sure they will be happy to get you back on track!
