How do you contact them?! This is the worst web site design I have ever used to try to get a contact info!!!!  It always brings me back to the same page that is no help at all!!!

Have to agree, the site is not straight forward when dealing with warranty issues. however when you do make contact, the process is easy. You will need proof of purchase and I can remember having to upload photographs of the broken strap and watch on top of the original packaging showing the Bar Code. Try clicking on the Warranty heading in the very small writing at the bottom of the home page. My plastic strap was replaced free of charge with a nice leather one which is more comfortable and does not irritate the skin. Good luck.

I would like to know if at the end you were able to get in touch with our support team, did you get a solution regarding your wristband issue?

Bad news and good news...  My Ionic rubber strap broke loose from the metal clamp.  What's worse, I bought it about Sept 2018, so it's out of warranty.

Good news:  A google search for FitBit Ionic strap turned up many hits, most under $10 including shipping and handling!  Check eBay, too!
